The RHC/FQHC Basic Training is intended to establish surveyor knowledge of the Medicare Conditions for Certification/Conditions for Coverage (CfCs) as they apply to RHCs and FQHCs. These facilities are required to comply with certain Federal regulations to be eligible for funding under Medicare or Medicaid. This training intends to develop proficiency for surveyors of varying experience—as well as non-surveying personnel responsible for reviewing surveys—in the regulations and processes that concern RHC/FQHC facilities. Training Objectives: On completion of this training, you will be able to:
Training Duration: 25 hours Completion Requirements: This self-paced RHC/FQHC Basic Training includes a mandatory pretest, 5 learning modules, a mandatory posttest, and a CMS-approved training evaluation. Both the posttest and the evaluation must be completed to generate a certificate of completion. To pass the RHC/FQHC Basic Training, you must score a minimum of 80% on the course posttest.
