The PoDs-LSC training is intended to provide training to Federal and State LSC surveyors who will use the comprehensive PoDs during the final step in the survey process: completing the Form CMS-2567, Statement of Deficiencies and Plan of Correction. This training will help to develop your survey skills and proficiency regarding writing effective, defensible statements of compliance and noncompliance. Training Duration: 1 hour Completion Requirements: TThis self-paced PoDs-LSC training includes two learning modules and a mandatory posttest. You must complete the posttest to generate a certificate of completion. To pass the PoDs-LSC training, you must score a minimum of 80% on the training posttest.
