Training Description
This LTC Survey Process—USOAR training video intends to explain the function of the Survey Outcome Activity Report (SOAR) and demonstrates how to read and understand SOAR data.
Training Duration: 4 hours
Completion Requirements: After reviewing the LTC Survey Process—USOAR video, the CMS-approved training evaluation must be completed to generate a certificate of completion. The video is not mandatory but is recommended for LTC surveyors.
