Training Description
This LTC Survey Process—SOAR training intends to introduce surveyors to the SOAR Excel spreadsheet tabs that display information about State performance of the LTC Survey Process. This training is focused on the latest updates to the SOAR, which were implemented as of March 2019, and will aid you in developing your surveyor skills and proficiency.
Training Objectives: On completion of this training, you will be able to:
- Identify the use of the SOAR.
- Identify updates made to the SOAR in 2019.
Training Duration: 1 hour
Completion Requirements: This self-paced LTC Survey Process—SOAR training includes a mandatory pretest, one learning module, a mandatory posttest, and a CMS-approved training evaluation. Both the posttest and the evaluation must be completed to generate a certificate of completion. To pass the LTC Survey Process—SOAR training, you must score a minimum of 80% on the training posttest.
