Training Description

This course consists of a series of presentations by the Division of Nursing Homes outlining essential topics related to:

• Clarifications and technical corrections of Phase 2 guidance issued in 2017.
  
• New guidance for Phase 3 requirements which went into effect in November 28, 2019.
  
• Arbitration requirements and guidance which went into effect in September 16, 2019.
  
• Changes in the Psychosocial Severity Guide.

The presentations provide a resource that can be used for training and education with surveyors, providers, and other stake holders.
