Training Description
The Quality, Safety and Oversight Group (QSOG) is conducting a Survey outreach for those stakeholders involved in the hospice survey process. The intent of this initiative is to enhance shared understanding of the current hospice Conditions of Participation to enhance the survey process for surveyors. QSOG anticipates holding these types of engagements with hospice survey stakeholders on a regular basis going forward.
