Training Name: Home Health Agency Basic Training (HHAB)

Training Description: The HHAB Online Training Course is intended to cultivate and refine surveyor skills, foster understanding of the survey process, and enhance surveyors’ overall ability to survey HHA facilities.The course is divided into eight content modules, which cover HHA core concepts, survey tasks, and HHA regulations and guidance.

The Home Health Agency Basic Online Training Course will be released in phases.

  • Learners who begin the course from February 28, 2018–March 6, 2018 will be able to complete Modules 1–4. On March 6, 2018, Modules 5–8 and the post-test will be made available and are required for completion.
  • Learners who begin the course on March 7, 2018 or later will be required to complete the pre-test in addition to the modules, posttest, and course evaluation.
