Training Description

The Complaint Process Training intends to provide information on the public’s rights regarding filing complaints about health care treatment that was of poor quality, potentially abusive, or dangerous. The Complaint Process Training provides information on who may file a complaint and how to do so.

Training Objectives: On completion of this training, you will be able to:

  • Identify the general process for filing health care complaints.
