Training Description
This Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia—Part I video intends to provide explanations of instructions and procedures for surveying for Alzheimer and related dementia issues to CMS Locations, State Agencies, and other interested groups.
Video Duration: 1 hour 50 minutes
Completion Requirements: After reviewing the Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia—Part I video, the CMS-approved training evaluation must be completed to generate a certificate of completion.
