Training Description
This web-based training provides Long Term Care (LTC) Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Training on the Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0 for surveyors. Lesson 1 defines RAI, its statutory and regulatory requirements, its components, and its role in care planning. Lesson 2 identifies major advances in the MDS and improvements to the form itself. Lesson 3 identifies the sections of the MDS and gives surveyor-specific guidance.
